Abstract Submission

Abstracts must be submitted through the official website, starting December 16, 2026

Abstracts must contain original work that has not been previously published or presented

Accepted types of submissions include original research, case studies or reports, and insight or review articles

Only the presenting author may submit the abstract

The abstract must not exceed 250 words, excluding the title, authors, and affiliations

Full papers are not required

Abstracts must include data or results; figures and tables may be included

Abstracts that only describe planned studies or state 'results will be presented' will not be accepted

Do not include references

Do not submit abstracts with typographical or grammatical errors

Spell out all abbreviations at first mention, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses

All presentations must be in English

Use the following subheadings: Aim, Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions

Use Arial font, single-spaced

Title: Size 10, Arial, bold, centered, and capitalized, followed by one blank line

Authors' names: Size 10, centered, capitalized; initials followed by a period, with full family names

Separate authors with commas

Indicate presenting author with an asterisk (*)

Use superscript numbers for different affiliations

Affiliations: Size 10, italic, centered. Use separate lines for multiple affiliations; add one blank line after the last

Abstract text: Size 10, justified, no paragraph indentation; separate paragraphs with one blank line

Name your file using the format: Authors' Names -- Abstract Title

Abstracts will not be reviewed if they do not follow the required format
